Hello,

My name is Trey Morrison. My partners, and I have been working to assist people just like you in the purchase of real estate and businesses in Boone for so long it seems that the mountains here in town were just mole hills when we started out. Yes, we have worked with a large number of people, but they aren't just numbers to us, they are now our friends and neighbors and we are raising our families together.

One of the things we have learned from our friends is that many of them felt a little intimidated when they first started looking at homes. Some of their concerns and worries we expected. Will we find the right home? Will we get a good deal? But what surprised us though was when people started thanking us for addressing an even bigger source of stress. Something I think that has never occurred to most people in the real estate profession. Many of our new friends had told us that they felt worried, perhaps even a bit afraid at the idea of walking into a real estate office, introducing themselves to a complete stranger and that this stranger might be more concerned with having them fill out forms than with listening to them.

We were amazed! We didn't think we had done anything special. We hadn't tried to do anything more than be friendly and listen to our clients needs. And yet, that was exactly what people were thanking us for. Listening! Admittedly it took a bit for it to sink in to our minds that people might be afraid of meeting us for the first time, but now we understand. Buying a home can be scary, but we want you to know it can also be fun.

We learned from our clients (friends) that buying houses isn't just about the house. It's about you. It's about making you happy. That means not just helping you find the home that is right for you, it also means making you comfortable enough so that you feel free to ask questions and tell us what you really want. Most of all, it means we need to listen to you. Our goal is to assist you in making your dreams a reality, therefore we want to make a promise to you...

These are contacts from our personal rolodex, and are not just names from the phone book. We also have created lists of local attractions including golf courses, hotels, the weather, schools, utilities, etc. In addition to these lists we have put copies of some of the most common real estate forms online so that you can look at them on your own time frame, not when someone is asking you to sign them.
